15/22 or 19/22 depending on how you want to call 3 Professor Laytons (including Professor Layton V AA) and Fantasy Life. PES 2011, 2012 and Virtue's Last Reward are indisputably third party. So that's either 68% or 86%. Either way it's better than my 100% ratio on my Wii U!

There's a bit of liberty in defyning some games are first or third party since we are omitting second parties. The OP states "Note that first and third party are categorized by publisher, when in doubt check the worldwide publisher or who funded the game." I'd define first party when the game is funded by Nintendo or if it is globally distributed by Nintendo.
