Thanks for the votes so far, I think we are on the way to surpass last year's votes which totalled to 21 post votes and 64 poll votes.

There's a bit of liberty in defyning some games are first or third party since we are omitting second parties. The OP states "Note that first and third party are categorized by publisher, when in doubt check the worldwide publisher or who funded the game." I'd define first party when the game is funded by Nintendo or if it is globally distributed by Nintendo.
