If they announce it for the NX and it's better, I'll just sell my Wii U, buy the NX and pick up Zelda on that honestly.

If there actually ends up being a NX version, the digital copy should be cross-platform really, it wouldn't make sense to make you pay $60 again for a game you already own on Wii U =P

I would just borrow it and console from a friend after he's done with it for a week or two.

If it gets released first on wii u and then in NX one year later I would double dip without hesitation. Though that would mean NX will get released in november 2017 and that would piss me off so much :P

Nope. I'd wait for the superior version. The only way I'd get the Wii-U version is if the next console's controller doesn't have actual buttons and tries to pull a TP Wii sort of thing.

Only if the NX version comes much later. But if they're released on the same month ofc I'd only get the NX version.

Why don't you buy launch consoles? I've always enjoyed the excitement of standing in a line with other gamers and getting my hands on a brand new console that just released. It's sort of a fun little ritual.

If they say it's coming on NX BEFORE it launches for the Wii U, then yes I'll wait. But if they don't say anything, then Wii U for sure.

If the base for the NX are more amiibo, then I'll keep my Wii U version.
