Chief, I'm really sympathizing you, it must be fairly hard to decide what you should adjust down (of course there are some glaring cases but still you can't be can't be confident, at least not with ease). Since, there is the risk of adjusting down a title which doesn't need to be adjusted down, resulting in making it undertracked...

It's a sad state of affairs but if it makes people happy...

Many kids and even adults want to shoot their friends online so this is where they go.  The silver lining is that it keeps the industry moving.  I just hope that it doesn't squelch out opportunities for people to try different games instead of ensuring there is a format for them to do so.  

 

 

i dont really feel like its keeping the industry moving.. as a result of this you have things like.. companies collapsing or getting bought out by companies that really dont even give a shit about video games. and you can sometimes even get outright monopolies. to me, this sort of thing holds the industry back, and it is sad to see. there is no industry moving here.

an industry being healthy isnt measured by how many sales a game has, but by how profitable the games are to whoever developed them. (my opinion)

It's the first good COD on this gen so I'm not surprised. The attach rate is pretty insane though.

Actually I have a pretty lengthy list of adjustments I'm confident we need to make, I just need Brett to give me that functionality. 

The frustrating thing is knowing what needs adjusting, or having evidence of over/undertracks pointed out to me, but not being able to do anything about either :/

I feel you, don't worry you will be able  to do it sometime in the future, i hope that's  near. Mr Brett tarries but in the end gives the solution! ;)

Funny opinions here and for me Games like Witcher and Fallout are COMPLETE SHIT !!! Black Ops 3 is MY Game of The Year, its fuckin awesome and as sales proove it, i love all these People shitting especially on Cod and Fifa !! 

Well you are all from my Point of View just Salty because They are the Best and Most Popular Franchises out there besides GTA but GTA doesnt release every Year and i can tell you this, Fifa and Cod will ALWAYS sell the Best and in Most Times in my Opinion, Best Games out there specially now and that Salt to read/hear gives me always a smile !!! #KeepHating #DealWithIt

What I don't understand is why some people keep downplaying multiplatform games.  Just a couple of minutes ago I read on one of the NX threads someone saying "nobody cares about multiplats", and I was like, really??

I guess these people never take their time to look a the data, because to me it is quite obvious that people are buying PS4s and X1s to play primarly multiplatform games.
