Chief, I'm really sympathizing you, it must be fairly hard to decide what you should adjust down (of course there are some glaring cases but still its ambivalent), it's precarious  you can't be confident, at least not with ease)... Actually I have a pretty lengthy list of adjustments I'm confident we need to make, I just need Brett to give me that functionality. 

The frustrating thing is knowing what needs adjusting, or having evidence of over/undertracks pointed out to me, but not being able to do anything about either :/

I feel you, don't worry you will be able  to do it sometime in the future, i hope that's  near. Mr Brett tarries but in the end gives the solution! ;)
