Really great anime/manga. Recommend it as well.
Speaking of underrated jobs, try reading/watching the works of the man who created Monster and 20th Century Boys. He produces one masterpiece after another. I still don't know why it's only one manga, Monster, that have been translated into anime. Although One Piece by far is my favorite anime/manga of all time, I think he's the best mangaka of all time.

Yeah! Theres tonnes out there that are REALLY GOOD that doesn't get animated. Especially for Shoujo and Yaoi mangas (if your into that). And I have heard that in most cases the Manga version is better. But if you don't mind the whole "READING" thing (Well we kinda read from subtitles as wel so.......) =D

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?

It has this fantasy MMO feel to it. The action sequences are good with lots of suspense.

I would recommend Steins; Gate but it's already mentioned several times.
I think Tiger and Bunny is a good anime. No Game No Life is also pretty good.
Since you liked Fullmetal Alchemist you might be interested in Silver Spoon (Gin no Sagi) as they're from the same author, although they are completely different genres so you might not like it as much.
Gantz: Both anime and manga.
Grisaia no Kajitsu and its improved sequels: Meikyuu followed by Rakuen. Watch the specials, too.
You will not regret it, imo.
