According to her blog, she has no idea how many they have sold, only that the 200 million figure include X1. That's 18 million monthly active Xbox Ones users btw. since MS revealed 200m monthly active users, so there are definitely no offline consoles counted towards that number.

So even if its just a rumor she has a source that knows the actual numbers and told here the sales.

Well the gamer in the usa are the only ones who don't buy those shovelware games, I hate being a european gamer with all those crap games they buy.
