breast implants in my opinion are hideous. when it comes to looks, natural is always better.

Breast have nothing to do with being "good".

Natural all the way, keep your superficial fake women, cant be around fakery, like them air heads you see on the only way is essex types.

Yeah, I was a bit mean. But I still think you should change the word "good" with something else like "attractive" or "beautiful". Or better yet, omit it completely. Fake anything ruins everyone. 

While I wouldn't mind about big breasts, I'd largely prefer if they are natually big and not filled up with silicone implants. It's also certainly not an argument which wouldwin me over, just a little bonus like the cherry on top of an already perfect cake. As such, I would always prefer an otherwise splendid woman with a flat chest over a big-breasted woman with a flat character. Too bad one can't expand that one...

That said, I could understand if a women would do so after a breast operation, like after having had breast cancer, to even the boobs out again, or if the women has a severe version of A-cup angst and locks herself in in fear of getting laughed at her flat chest. But these are the exeptions, and I'm happy breast expansions are pretty rare where I live.

I don't really like fake women. Especially if they have non removable parts like implants. I don't like large breasts anyway and fake people will be fake all around imo.

I have to disagree, it depends on the size and complexion of a woman and the size of the implants.And just like not all natural breast are pretty, not all fake breasts are ugly.

My favorite case of screwy plastic surgeries was this guy who was pretending to be a surgeon.  He was using street grade ketamine as an anaesthetic and performing procedures in an abandoned office or something and he gave a male bodybuilder a woman's breast implants.  In a way it was poetic justice though, as the bodybuilder wanted pec implants to make him look more cut for competitions.  I believe they called him the 'butcher of south beach'.

I would never date someone with fakes, and if my girlfriend came to me and said she wanted implants i would do whatever i could to change her mind.

Some boob jobs do wonders and others not so much.
