The fuck? I wasn't a big Sagat fan. Hell, I hated him in the hands of a fireball spammer but no. There isn't another character like him.

Well... i'm glad they chose to keep Ken in instead of Akuma and Sagat then.

But, a SF game without those two isnt a SF game. Also, i would rather they inflated the roster with similar characters than launching with an extremely small ammount. Its still beyond me how console SFV and MKX (even Guilty gear) manage to ship with less characters than its predecessors. Its just not right.

Well yeah because those characters are more popular and important to the franchise. I would prefer he wasnt in the base game if it meant dropping somebody else (which it would).

SF IV is still a gift from up above. Part of me wonders if I'll just stick with that one. I've been a fan (of watching people play. That game cost FIFTY CENTS! My broke ass couldn't afford that.) since the first. I was a fan of actually playing the games since the EGM issue in 1992.  I'll definitely buy it but based on some of the things I hear, I'm not sure how great it will be. Maybe akin to the leap from regular to Super SFII Turbo (skipping CE, Turbo, Super). A small leap is fine as well as new characters but I like a lot of old characters, too.

What? There is no similar character to Sagat! He is definitely one of my favorite characters in Street Fighter.

Guile was (always Guile to me but my friends called him) "Gilly" or " Gwee-Lee"

Blanka was "Blank-Uh" (rhymes with Tank Uh)

Any Ryu was "Rye You"

We were TERRIBLE at reading names.
