Aside from XCX, none of those games have a class system in which each have a set of unique skills and that you can assume multiple roles in ...
Pillars of Eternity is my favorite, but I played 10 hours of Xenoblade today, and it might beat it.

So if it wins best RPG then by default shouldn't it also win GOTY since virtually all GOTY contenders are RPGs?
I'm a bit lukewarm on the game right now... about 15 hours in or so? I like it, but I don't love it.
