Well, Mario Kart 8 needed until May 2015 to reach 200K.

 


Does it inlcude bundles?

No, BIU doesn't include bundles or games that were sold more than 20% under MSRP. But MSRP shouldn't be a problem because it's 39.99 €.

Oh, I just realized something: MK8 is pre-installed in that bundle and Splatoon is a DLC-Code. That's the reason why Splatoon is on top of the eShop charts for months (with the exception of FAST Racing NEO for a few days).

So, that 300k number for France includes digital? I thought it only included bundles.. Anyway, it would be nice to know numbers for other territories like Australia, Korea and Canada..
