Being shown at a direct before E3 is not out of the question, but I truly believe they will open with Zelda U in E3.Just to clarify, I think the first 45 minutes will be about upcomming Wii U and 3DS games, and the last 45(assuming its a 90 minutes show) will be about NX

E3, maybe we'll get lucky and have another 13-seconds in some direct, but yeah, nothing big until E3.

Yeah. A new 3D Zelda+3D Mario at launch would arguably be the greatest launch lineup in Nintendo history with those 2 titles alone.
And yeah, definitely should have higher resolutions and frame rate to make it the definitive version.
I think it could be Wii U version running at 720p 30fps. And for the NX version, 1080p 60fps.

It will launch when the next console launches. It's being held back to sell the new consoles just like TP and Wii.

At E3, yes.

And i don't believe it will be an NX title, as i don't believe the NX is a traditional home console. But we'll see.

A bit off topic, but I'm surprised people think they will announce the NX version before it is released on WiiU, that will kill it's sales, they will announce it afterwards (similar to GTAV and TLOU:R) like that people will double dip. The NX version will be announced after the WiiU version is released.
