Not a lot of info as this just comes from an interview that simply mentioned BF in passing, rather than a PR statement.. Plus, while it does say most successful, it doesn't necessarily mean "most HW" sold. The usefulness of this is, thus, rather low, but still wanted to make the thread mainly too ask this: what was PS's best BF ever before this one? I assume it belongs to the PS2, but how many units? Does anyone know?

Black Friday wasn't as big back in the PS2 days though so, it's kind of skewed in that regard. I think it's weird how neither MS or Sony has claimed a victory though. It must have been razor close.

Well in terms of consoles yes the PS4 is slaying. But Sony isn't just the consoles. Theres also a gaming device called the PSVITA......... Im sure that slayed as well?

Good point but also begs the question, with PS3 and Vita not really selling, PS4 could have beaten whatever is the PS3+PSP combined record..

What does that really have to do with the topic? We know that the Vita doesn't sell very well, didn't lose much apparently.
