R&C, Ni No Kuni 2, Nioh, FF VII Remake, and King of Fighters looked cool, although we already knew about two of those already. But it was way too long and just not very interesting overall.

Ni No Kuni II was highlight. Final Fantasy VII, Ratchet and Clank, and Uncharted 4 were great.
Low point was Crash shirt tease. VR is something I need to experience, as difficult to really "get" it.
I didn't watch the show, but I saw the announced games and some trailers.
For my personal taste, 2/5.
Nothing major announced. Needed more Vita.

Some highlights like R&C, FFVII, and Ni No Kuni, but everything else was meh.

Lol this sounds like a Nintendo Direct reaction. Either they showed your Zelda U and its a 10 or they didnt and so its a 2 
I'll give it a 5/10, probably. Not as good as E3 or TGS, but about on par with PGW.
The pros were definitely Uncharted 4, Ratchet & Clank, Ni No Kuni II, Yakuza 0, Ni-Oh, Golem, and FF7:R. Perhaps Ace Combat 7 as well.
The cons were that there just seemed to be a complete overload of things that were timed console exclusives. The other major con was that they didn't do a particularly good job of showing that PS: VR was particularly... functional.
I thought it was quite poor.... 3 or 4 out or 10
