Didn't FEZ had a language you had to decipher? Though it wasn't actually vocal.

 

NIER had an specific language that you couldn't hear until you beat the game once, though I'm not sure if it made sense or it was made up.

it was awesome, but it wasn't really a different language, it was a different alphabet for english
