Sorry Gintama!

My conservative self that doesn't want characters that don't have anything to do with Nintendo in Smash Bros. if I would have to choose something from FF to represent Smash, it would have been Terra or a Warrior of Light, heck even a Chocobo, but not Cloud.

I understand that he is popular and what not, but I don't like the idea of him being there, also he got in before a lot of other first party characters and third parties that for me deserve a spot so that adds to my salt.

Cloud represents so much more than Final Fantasy. That's why I'm so excited for him to be in Smash. This will ultimately get more people involved in the Smash scene.

I don't see why anyone would be sad over it. There's still 3 more characters coming apparently which we'll know in a few weeks.

This can only help sales of the game and the Wii U. I know it isn't going to change much but it will definitely cause some people to grab a 3DS or Wii U that normally wouldn't.
