So what's the bigger surprise, Splatoon or Amiibos?

I mean, at least I always knew Amiibos would be a success. I always believed in Splatoon too, but I never expected it to do THIS amazing numbers. 

But yeah... Amiibos beating Disney and Skylanders figures and selling this much is really impressive. And those 800k in Oct mean that they're still growing!

Splatoon is the bigger surprise, I'd say, but it's still amazing to see how well amiibos ended up doing.

I don't agree with amiibo. Nintendo has gone overboard. I have like 2 amiibo but when ever i see a new game you need a special amiibo to get all of the full game and they are shoving it down my throat. I just want amiibo to die.

I'd have to say Splatoon. It's nice to see Ninten have another successful IP under their belt, and on a poor console like the Wii U too. : )

Amiibo are good too, but I feel they can do better. We're seeing some cool new ones coming out now.

Skylanders should be easily bigger than both combined and I'm pretty sure Disney does more than amiibos as well.
