I usually like IGN reviews but they seem to have a hate out for Mariokart. Yes I am a little nervous about the wideness of tracks but they say it is as fast or faster than DD. Double dash was at least decent. They are adding online and tons more tracks, plus retro tracks. I think they were spoiled by Brawl. And admittedly I would have liked it Kart had gotten the same service, but they are talking it up like this is Wiimotorsports or something.

Final* Word on Game Delays:

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.

Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.

Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.

You know, I'm sure ut will be outstanding. The things IGN was concerned about, (Local Grand Prix, Team Only online battles) had me a little sad, but I really feel from watching the vid's that it will remain a blast. Once this & Okami are released, along with my currnet fav's PES2008 and Brawl, I seriously will need some major time management adjustments.

Well, that sounds good despite coming from a very pro-Nintendo source (of course). I still believe that this game is tons more fun than SSBB, based on past MK games and my experience with the Smash Bros series.
This does not mean it'll score higher though, but this is still my second Wii must have title!

Great Reviews i was getting this anyway. ONM is generally a bit easy on its scoring but no where near as much as the Official Playstation Magazine the game has to suck so hard to get less than 85% from them if its PS2/PS3 exclusive, Non exclusives there more likely to rate lower it seems.
