We didn't get a pokemon game this year and it's most likely we will have on enext year, do you think it's possible that we will see the new pokemon game at the direct? And I'm expecting some Pokken news.

Around the Network

I don't think we will see one in this direct.
But there will definitely be more Pokemon stuff next year. ALOT of Pokemon stuff.

Even after they announced Pokken and Pokemon GO, The Pokemon Company said they have a lot planned for their 20th anniversary.

I don't think we will... ORAS was announced in 2014, the same year it was released, and Pokemon games don't usually get announced in a Direct.

That may change though, but I still doubt it

I dont think we will.
As much as I would like another one I just think ORAS need time to settle in still

I'm positive it will, we know about the Zygarde new forms since September and TPCI already announced them quite a while ago, plus the TPCI Marketing Director of America statements at the PWC are clear: Pokkén isn't the biggest game for the anniversary in the first half of 2016. Considering X and Y were announced in a special direct it's possible that another one was scheduled for August/September but since Iwata passed away they couldn't record it in time, I'm shure they'll show it off tomorrow or they'll start losing time if we assume the release will be in March/April

YesYes.

I'm sure you will see pokken, but not a mainline game yet.

Probably not.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Who knows. We'll have tons of Pokemon next year, so it will eventually come.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Next year is more likely if you ask me.
