Too many to just pick one. Gonna go way back and say that the music from the first stage of the arcade game The Ninja Warriors has always stuck with me. I really liked the menu music from Just Cause 2. Lots of good stuff in the Hitman Series. The main theme from Hitman 2 is a fav as well.
