mid 90's easily. I really think Fallout 4 will be the best Bethesda game. They seem to be focusing on performance while still keeping the visuals sharp.

Fallout has the benefit of having a long development time from a studio that always delivers
I think it's very similar to this years witcher 3. Very hyped by everyone and regarded as an optimistic huge world with a lot to do.
