Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Does the removal of lingerie outfits from Fatal Frame in the West annoy you at all?

"Slutty costumes are a priority for me, or else I won't buy it!"

Something called porn. Unfiltered and uncensored there if you all like.

If removing a lingerie bothers you THAT much, then something weird is going on with your critique of games.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Doesn't bother me at all. The game is great.

seems Nintendo also censored the bikini outfit from a cutscene which is part of the story, Mius gravure idol past

Not necessarily condoning the unlockable lingerie, but what makes being dressed up as Samus or Zelda adds to this game? Absolutely nothing.

Some of you need to grow the *beep* up.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

Yeah it annoys me. NoA doesn't treat their loyal fans very well. They don't want my money, apparently.

All of this.

I don't get why this is so big of an issue in the first place. Even if this is some sort of "horrible" censorship...so what? Is losing the ability to play a game in a bikini that big of a drawback? People are making a bigger deal of this than developers taking actually meaningful content out of games.

Are you saying loyal fans of NoA think like 13 year old boys?  There's YouTube for that.

Well the costumes do make sense because they're directly from the developer of  Fatal Frame , Koei Tecmo.

The first costume is from the variant of the Zero Suit Samus used in Metroid: Other M developed by Koei Tecmo.

The second costume is the standard robe for Zelda from Hyrule Warriors also developed by Koei Tecmo.

In other words it's just a way for them to give a nod to other Nintendo games that they were involved in.

Oh, that is cool.  I'd rather have this than lingerie.  But I get the impression that it makes the game less scary.  So there.
