I think the last few months have shown that without any big bundles for either side, PS4 and X1 are essentially neck and neck at this point. Destiny bundle giving Sony a decent 50k victory on this occasion.

With the price cut and big bundles on each side now, the next few months are djfficult to predict.

Destiny is a year old game. The realunch with expansion would make all the difference I am not sure. Microsoft had Forza6 and generally condiered to have better exclusives this year. Where  as Sony still does not have a trailer for GT7, GOW or any other of their exclusives other than Uncharted4 which is next year only.

Everything is in the OP!

So, PS4 heavily down, Destiny bundle did wonders last year and put PS4 almost 200k above this year. Xbox One more or less flat, Wii U more or less flat, 3DS slightly down despite N3DS.
So everything is kind of as expected, perhaps with a few slight exceptions; I personally believed that the One would be up by 10-15% and the 3DS and Wii U more down.
The PS4 drop was fully expected since it hasn't had an official price drop yet after two years on the market and last September was massive with Destiny.
Let's see what the holidays bring, I think BF will be disappointing this year (nothing huge for PS4 and Halo 5 comes out one month before) but December will be slightly above 2014.

Reading this NPD is great news for WiiU and up 110% from August, heading into the holidays, here we go. maybe we can see a price drop and watch them have a great momentum for Zelda and Star Fox. WiiU isn't going anywhere and might pull a PS3. THANKS SPLATOON AND SUPER MARIO MAKER

The numbers are still bad. Plus some of that 110% rise is because August was 4 week month and September is a 5 week month.

It's still down YoY though...

EDIT: Meaning last september was higher than this years september. Not sure how it holds up in terms of YTD.
