uhhh...isn't it actually very unlikely that this was aimed at ps4 at all? I mean if anyone has underachieved, at least saleswise this generation it would be the WiiU. I don't see microsoft throwing shade at Nintendo while they're down. And well, compared to the ps4 you could more easily argue the xbox to be the underachiever......it really doesn't make sense as an insult towards ps4....:/
