If you take these off, you'll start seeing all shades of shady tactics from Sony. Its even in your sig ffs.

Nothing shady about Shenmue. And Sony have been kind enough to give us lots of exclusives and a price cut this year so I've got nothing to complain about.

Yaah but everything else got dropped by 50$.

I wonder, what PS4 models are the other bundles?

It only says 1TB in the COD bundle, so perhaps all the others are 500 gb? It would explain the price difference.

That as well, but it's not what I was referring to. I wondered if those bundles that have been reduced by $50 have the new cheaper, quieter PS4 model in them.

So the shady tactics of Sony continue. Just like Spencer predicted, and you lot thought he was the one playing shady... in your own thread no less... http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=208277

Sony must really need those sales. Can't blame them, MS bundle offerings haven't exactly been received very well and I doubt there is anything they can do to counter it, apart from the AAA lineup this fall.

It was an ethical discussion about why Spencer shouldn't be trying to effect the sales of the PS4, not the fact he predicted the sales. And you've only got Halo for the Holidays so I don't really understand your comment about AAAs. Gears and Forza have come and gone or are we now including titles for the XB1 that have already released? Tombraider is a timed exclusive and most people will wait for it to come to the PS4. Oh, and what's shady about a price cut?

So Microsoft cuts the price twice in two years and it's a good move but Sony does it once and they're being shady?

Or the fact Microsoft covers the fact it's a price cut for 4 months by calling it a "promotion"? Then changing it back to the old price then back down again two weeks later isn't being "shady"? Lol

Someone got their Microsoft goggles on too tight.

LOL, the 'shadiest' of price cuts. I feel bad for my friend working at Gamestop today, gonna get more than the usual amount of 'special callers' asking stuff like "you gots that $350 PS4 yet?"

Eh I don't see anything shady about a price cut but LOL thanks for the link, forgot about that thread.

Can't wait to see what MS does to respond. Gonna be a real good time to jump into next gen this holiday.

If it was Sony that made them pull that then good on them. They're paying for the marketing rights and it's about time Sony put their foot down.

From what i understand production already switched to the new model a while ago. So that would mean if they have old models still in stock they would have to take them out of the box and put them in a new one in order to use them with the new bundels. I don't think they would do that. There have also been some older models getting temporary deals to sell the leftover stock. Amazon.de had PS4 for € 299 for a day earlier this week.

Interesting: Target is offering a $50 gift card with already released bundles as we speak, and this offer is valid through October 10th (ends October 10th 11:59pm PT). If Target honors this deal it will mean you'll be able to The Nathan Drake bundle for $350 with an additional $50 gift card at them tomorrow and Saturday.
