I guess. Kojima is unemployed and they're both prominent members in the Japanese game industry. Doesn't seem too far-fetched for them to be friends.

Yeah, I don't mean to say that the picture has a hidden agenda. It may just be 2 friends meeting together, but just noting why some people may think so.
