You know if you actually weigh the bundles you should get a clear idea of how the bundles are selling. If you think about like this, position #one means that it sold 100 an hour while position #100 is selling 1 per hour. Of course that's just a random estimate.

Let's say position #1 is worth 100 points while position #100 is worth 1 point.

PS4 Bundles
#10 TLOUR - 91 points
#22 UC Bundle - 79
#35 SW Bundle - 66
#48 CoD Bundle - 53
#58 Destiny Bundle - 43

Xbox Bundles
#24 H5 Bundle - 77
#82 Forza6 Bundle - 19
#83 Madden Bundle - 18

PS4 - 332 points
XBO - 114 points

PS4 is selling 2.9 times more than the Xbox.

Illogical theory and in no way "clear".

1. We don't know  the sales difference between positions to just break it down into even splits.

2. 2 of those PS4s aren't counted until November.

How do you see BB monthly?

You can't. At least I don't think they have a monthly chart. But their current best-sellers are here and their top preorders list is here.

If those are arranged by order of sales (best buy current sales ranks):

3 - Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Bundle

8 - Destiny: The Taken King Limited Edition Bundle

26 - Xbox One Limited Edition Forza Motorsport 6 Bundle

29 - Wii U 32GB Console Deluxe Set with Mario Kart 8

31 - Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle

38 - Xbox One Madden NFL 16 Bundle

48 - Nintendo - Wii U 32GB Console Splatoon Special Edition Bundle

50 - Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians Bundle

60 - PlayStation 4 500GB Limited Edition Star Wars™ Battlefront™ Bundle

68 -PlayStation 4 1TB Call of Duty: Black Ops III Limited Edition Bundle

stopped after that..

It looks kinda like the Amazon list doesnt it?

The natural way is to assume that the unit differences are getting greater the closer you get to the top. So it would look even worse for X1 right now.

So where do you think, X1 will be at October NPD?

How are they able to do that? Last time I tried, you needed a US credit/debit card in order to be able to buy the PSN cards. So I bought from Play-Asia instead.

I never had issue bying things in Amazon with International Credit Card there... they even ship to Brazil.

You don't need an US one.

I would need to see what Halo does to the other consoles before knowing that. But I don't do number predictions.

It doesn't really work like that. Position 1 might be selling 1000 per hour, and position 2 might be selling 500 per hour and position 3 might be selling 499 per hour, and position 4 through 20 might be selling in the 400 to 498 range per hour. Or position 1 might be selling 500 per hour, position 2 selling 499 per hour and position 3 selling 300 per hour. There is simply no way to apportion relative sales to the chart as a whole. The one thing we do know is when 2 skus on PS4 are ahead of the top sku of Xb one then taking those 3 skus only PS4 is selling at least 2:1 vs the Xbone. But then when you consider there are other skus on the charts 2:1 is not certain.

That doesn't make sense..we don't know any kind of gap between positions. #1 could be 10k vs 100 on #10, or #1 could be 50 and #10 40, wildly different situations

There are also other things to take into account such as the inverted performance of TLOUR/NDC bundles compared to other retailers as well as the fact that Amazon doesn't have stock of white Destiny and some other retailers do. Amazon looks a bit shaky for October predictions. That's usually the case in holidays anyway, this year it just started one month earlier in a way.

But when you consider there are thousands of items in the video game category the whole top 100 is the top. And also it might be natural to assume the gap is larger in the top to compared to 80-100. But that may not be the case. When you have several items selling very well then the gap between those several items may be small, but then there is a sudden large gap between the worst of the best and the best of the worst. That would make the average gap quite large, but the actual gaps between adjacent positions would mostly be small. We cannot draw any real conclusions about how much one item is outselling another.

The Halo 5 bundle is so close to breaking into the top 20. Possibly for the first time since August?

The XB1 Elite controller is doing very well. I didn't expect it.
