I think it affected my purchase of Apocalypse as a kid because it had the voice of Bruce Willis and of his German dubbing actor who's somewhat popular himself over here. But it were just one-liners repeated over and over again...

While im excited to see Nolan North and Troy Baker playing as brothers on Uncharted 4, that is like the last reason of why im buying the game.

I would never buy a game because of some voice acting, thats stupid.

I was on the verge of bying Enslaved: Odyssey To The West and when I saw Andy Serkis was in the game doing motion capture and voicing Monkey I got it! :P

Not at all, I have some preferred voice actors in english, japanese or spanish, sure. But that has never been an incentive for me to get a game. It's something secondary.
