I hope they give us a date release soon and I really hope it doesn´t get delayed but the creator was very confident with the game coming in December, he said they are only fixing the framerate in order to have zero stuttering and to be a perfect experience.

Nintendo should make a physical release of this. Its not like the Wii U doesnt need it.

Nintendo confuses me sometimes with physical releases. Stuff like NES Remix and Game & Wario get it no problem, but larger titles like FAST Racing Neo and Fatal Frame V (at least in NA) don't. I don't quite undersand the logic there.

This would proudly be displayed in my physical collection if it happened. Unfortunately I'll have to settle for digital this time.

Well, while I agree that FFV should get at least a limited physical release on principle, I can see why they didn't give FFV a physical release from a business perspective.  The franchise has never had very much success.  Not even in Japan really.  The franchise has never even cracked a quarter mil.  But as for FAST, it's not a Nintendo game.  It would be kinda irregular for a first party to reach out to an all-digital indie dev and offer to do a physical release.  It happens, but not often.

I can understand not mass-producing it, but even a limited release as a sign of respect for fans of the series would've been very appreciated. Even I, someone who has never played a Fatal Frame before, would've appreciated it.

And you're definitely right about FAST. I get why they didn't do that, even though I think they should. Especially since they won't crank out an F-Zero or anything like it themselves, but ah well.

Yeah, I think a limited edition or limited print would be good for FFV, just to have another noteworthy product on the shelves during the holidays.

As for F-Zero and FAST, I think a physical release would be wise, but they don't want to take the risk.  But with regards to F-Zero, I wonder if they will try again to have it at launch with the NX.  They tried for Wii U but it ultimately fell through and they didn't have time to move the project to someone else.  If F-Zero were a launch title, it would make a pretty darn good one imo.  In fact, I think it would see more success there than at any other stage of a given console's life. Flashy, visually striking, etc.  It has all the qualities of a launch-suited game with a high quality standard to boot.

Exactly. Especially with Star Fox delayed to 2016, Fatal Frame would be another good game to have on the shelves.

I'd be willing to bet F-Zero is one of the return franchises on the NX, just as Pikmin and Star Fox returned on the Wii U. I agree that being a launch title would help it immensely. That would allow new people to try out the franchise, and if it's successful it would practically guarantee a sequel on the same system.

In europe, NES Remix didn't get a physical release, neither did Duck Tales Remastered or Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. But at least we're getting Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water (european name of Fatal Frame V) as a physical release

If only a new F-Zero game would get announced! I guess Fast Racing Neo will be enough for now.

Hello, Wii U GOTY contender.

You're the only title this year for the Wii U that hasn't deflated in hype for me. Make sure you don't disappoint.
