I can understand not mass-producing it, but even a limited release as a sign of respect for fans of the series would've been very appreciated. Even I, someone who has never played a Fatal Frame before, would've appreciated it.
And you're definitely right about FAST. I get why they didn't do that, even though I think they should. Especially since they won't crank out an F-Zero or anything like it themselves, but ah well.
