Sounds pointless.
They should've just omitted the last gen platforms.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

This exactly.
This is a very strange tactic from them. Either they sell the last-gen versions with the campaign or they just release it in current-gen and avoid losing money. They should know that there's a high chance that by holidays, people will buy current-gen consoles with the hottest game by then, which is their game. But this isn't strange coming from Activision.
Really struggling here to see why there's so much fuss over this.
Current gaming platforms - Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, New 3DS, PC
Only Zombies? Why not call it Cod Zombie while they're at it?

Eh, I've seen worst. $50 might be worth it for those who choose to buy it.

I haven't finished a cod campaign since Modern Warfare 1. Doesn't phase me at all.

Most people on this site/thread =/= most people in general. ex: most people on this site probably hate call of duty, but according to sales, most people seem to like cod. Why post on this thread? Because many people are criticizing activision for providing an option for last gen gamers. Remember how mad people were when slightly mad studios didn't provide an option for project cars on the wii u? Suddenly not releasing anything for PS3/360 owners is better than releasing the fun parts of a game at a lower price? |

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
