Sony is the best bet, or Kojima own studio, though i guess he will want to make new things.

Sony, while it didnt start on playstation, it's very much a playstation franchise.

A third party like Square Enix that polishes games so that it's still a multiplatform (maybe even for Nintendo in the future) :v

sony needs a good IP and a new good studio realy badly. but it would better fit with SE.

Nintendo, so that we can see if Sakurai can make a trollier Metal Gear than Kojima.

I would love to know if Kojima is willing to work for a big company again or wants to go independent.

i have a bad feeling it'll go to ubisoft... if they sell it.
