Microsoft for relying way too much on halo, Forza, fable, gears.

Nintendo for making weak hardware and not sticking with conventional controllers and no new installments of pilotwings, wave race, golden Sun.

Sony for not having a stable network and not having incredible first party support like ps2/ps3 had.

Well, seeing as how that was Don Mattrick, and he was given the boot for that DRM outrage.
Since then Phil Spencer has done an amazing job reshaping the Xbox One into a good system and I see no reason why I personally wouldn't trust him.

This though I havent had almost any problem with the network.  

His lies do it for me.

Its okay as long as they arent in the lead.  If they ever dominate, MS will once again show their true color.

Ms is just a pr disaster at times. Drm was an inconvenience to a lot of people too. 

Sony? Made a tonne of mistakes to be where they are now. I think they've been punished enough. Turning the ship around, though. 

To be fair...

Nintendo can't even put pokemon sound effect in Super Mario Maker. I doubt they have enough control over Pokemon series to make such game unless GameFreaks wants to.

Non-entertainment part of Sony is pretty much in crisis. With the failure of The Order 1186, I think I understand their sluggishness.

Forza definitely have its niche.

I am still pissed that Sony charges for online gaming. I am also pissed at Microsoft for that.

I don't like how FRIGGIN' LOUD the PS4 becomes over time. Do they expect me to buy a new one every year? Bring a silent version out ASAP! I also hate that fucking Micro USB Port on the DS4. It keeps shredding my USB cables! Change that to USB-C please. Oh, I also hate the fact that I can't use my DS3, I like that controller better than the DS4. Sony itself isn't doing so much wrong right now. Sure there's that thing with waterproof Xperias, but I always used them under water and never had problems. Besides, that's Sony Mobile Communications. But Sony did a lot of shit in the past. Like trying to force useless standards onto people like Memory Stick. Or all that copy protection bullshit.

Microsoft did A LOT wrong in the past. I still hate them with a passion for Windows 98. That OS was a bloody mess! They also have a real problem with marketing and they tend to throw a "Fuck you" to their customers every now and then. When it comes to gaming, I was very pleased with the original Xbox. That console was a behemoth and I loved it. The 360, not so much. Damn thing broke 9 times until I just gave up on it. I never even considered to buy an X1, because I'm that friggin pissed at Microsoft for that whole RROD bullshit. Seriously, you can't do that. And then the original plans for X1 showed Microsofts true face, if you ask me. They want to force BS on their customers all the time and Windows 10 sucks pretty hard imo. I'm very pleased that I changed to Apple. Microsoft might have some good products, but to be honest, I don't think there's anything where the competition doesn't outshine them significantly. In my eyes, the Microsoft of today is a "me too" company.

I hope I didn't miss the topic too much, just wrote what was on my mind. And it's of course all just a personal opinion.
