Hell Yeah! 98 32.03%

Couldn't care less. 145 47.39%

EA sucks 63 20.59%

No

I wasn't going to comment in the thread but that 3rd option in the poll is awesome.

No. Why the fuck would the fact that less people get to play a game I may like increase the enjoyment I get from it? The only good thing about exclusives is that normally they're quality games, mostly because of Sony's and Ninty's deep pockets and the fact that they give a shit about having a good reputation with their first party games, I would say the same of Microsoft, but I think that MCC showed us how little they care about putting out quality products as long as a quick buck is guaranteed, AKA RUSH THEM GAEMS.

You can't think of an example of anybody else doing that?  Nooooooo rushed games from some other company that either had to have its online fixed or it never worked well at all?  No example of online being taken from games people were still playing just to force them to buy the updated sequel?  You drawing a blank, here?

Let me guess. Online barely worked and sucked...  Battlefield 4 on 360.  Games being taken down from online to promote new games... EA sports games.

I don't know, maybe it does but exclusives definitely feel more special and thus more enjoyable. All I can say, I want majority of Nintendo games to stay exclusive. I don't even own WiiU or 3DS but I admire the quality titles of those consoles. It's like Nintendo consoles are a sort of safe haven, I know I can always find quality there and I want it to stay that way. I fear Nintendo going multiplatform could eventually kill the variety, for example like how Tomb Raider ended up abandoning its roots.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Only in the sense that they are more often than not just better games. Looking at my top 50, almost all of them are exclusive games.

I asked the judges.  They will accept this answer.

Or Gran Turismo 5 / Mario Kart Wii in favor to GT6 / Mario Kart 8... the platform owners sometimes aren't much better. ;)

Nintendo took down online support for the Wii's entire library (except I believe you can still access the Wii Shop Channel and the streaming services).  Perhaps it was a move to get people onto the new systems but it didn't work too well.  They are at least saving money.  Most companies are guilty of axing online support for older games so I guess it would be unfair to pick on just one company for doing it.

Nope, doesn't increase my enjoyment at all.

Yes, that's why I added Nintendo + Sony as further examples after you singled out EA... you are welcome! ;)

Nope. Exclusivity only matters to people looking to buy (or to not buy) a new system and spin-doctoring fanboys. There are brief flashes of validation I suppose (I chose well!), but that doesn't make the game more fun or valuable.
