Hopefully that turns out to be true! I wouldn't mind seeing DQXI and KHIII on the NX either!

The concept of cross play is something I been saying for years when Wii come out.

They should have done that with Golden Eye, Wii Remote vs xbox controller who would win!

Techincally yes and no, when it was originally released it was a complete disaster so SE had to redevelop a new version of the game called A Realm Reborn which was released only 2 years ago. An expansion was released this year called Heaven's Ward.

I doubt that.  And Squenix hasn't talked about supporting a Nintendo system with its core titles since SNES.  I'm trying to think of what it is that may have changed things.  The conclusion that I keep coming to is that NX is indeed a multi-platform option in some way, and one that can give third parties access to potenitally millions of customers easily.  And it is in the power ballpark, at least, of the current XBox and PS4 systems.  An single easy port of a PS4 game and you can hit up Nintendo's new home console and the 10s of millions of potential custmers on the new portable variant as well.  No bias will stop 3rd parties from bathing in that money.

I think a a lot of people are confusing FF14 with the new FF15. The older one can run on a PS3-potatao.
