Well we know that Nintendo games (especially big ones) have very good legs, and in time of around 3 years we will probably get sequel.
Yeah let´s call the game of the gen when the twins are just about warming up, at least have the decensy to await Uncharted 4, TLOU 2, Zelda U, Fallout 4, Halo 5 and actually the entire gen to call such a thing. Best game yet for me is Bloodborne, followed by Driveclub the gameplay is very addictive and it drives wonderful with wheel.

What Splatoon similar experiences exactly do you have, i played games on different platforms and I never didn't have similar experience.
Best Wii U game that's for sure.

What exactly part of "For me Splatoon is a very serious contender for game of generation for now" you didnt understand!?

It is the game which uss the gamepad the best that´s for sure, but it isn´t a GOTG but still a great game. It isn´t that fresh it plays quite a bit like bayonetta and has platinum all over it, hell it even got witch time and a few more tricks from bayonetta. One of the best Wii U games out there, but not on the GTA, Super Mario (64/Galaxy), Halo or Naughty dog level

I fully understand your sentence I just think it is pointless to make if there is so much more coming, even Zelda U if you hate/don't like any games on the twins. If you said game of the year I culd understand that since your name isn't Miyamotoo because you love Sony or MS but are clearly a Nintendo fan, and let's face it Splatoon is their best game this year as Bloodborne's Sony's this year. But for the entire gen when so many nominees are coming is like calling the movie of the decade in 2024.

He is not saying "is da best game evah. Period"
He thinks it could be one of the best games of the generation. And I think we can agree that´s far from a crazy statement, I don´t think is gonna be the GOTG with games like Zelda, Uncharted 4 or Xenoblade coming but one of the best? that´s possible (very possible in my opinion)
