I thought this was about new IPs and such? The Wii U is getting a fine amount of content from Nintendo themselves (aside from the typical droughts, which unfortunately occur with every Nintendo console since the N64), it's just most of it is based on previous concepts. I'm fine with the upcoming lineup for the rest of the year and I have many games I plan to buy, and I would by lying if I said I didn't wish Nintendo would invest heavily into new, big budget IPs but that's just not the reality we're living in. Honestly, the whole situation would be better if Nintendo could coerce third parties into developing for them, as they wouldn't have to rely solely on their own output. But again, it's just not the case right now. |
Im getting the game that needs 6 months to translate into english after completion(Xenoblade Chronicles X) and Super Mario Maker.
