Surprised they would announce this before the game releases. It's a long wait, most likely because of Uncharted 4. Hopefully the PS4 release is a GOTY/definitive edition, but I'll buy it day one regardless.

Great. Will play U4 on the first semester and then Rise of the Tomb Raider on the second. And it will probably be $40 with all DLC included and some tweaks here and there.

It's good to know at least. If it's indeed $40 when it comes out, no big deal, as I almost always wait for price cuts. Still waiting for Bloodborne to go lower.

I loved Tomb Raider, but the idea of buying a X1 to play this game never crossed my mind!

Im 100% willing to wait for the game to play it on my Ps4.

waiting for that $20 bloodborne huh? I almost bought it for 30. I reckon that by december it will be 20.

I do it for every game, with very few exceptions. Also, I have no backlog and I never play more than one game at once. Just my habit, I guess.

Wow, this went better than I expected. So much for the "it will only be 6 months anyway"-talk ;)

A full year is quite massive. Not comparable to what Sony did once to the franchise but still a lot.

We just have to live with companies buying (or the new term "supporting") games so that the competition doesn't get it. It happened many times before and will happen in the future. The only thing that determines whether these deals are good or not is if your favorite company does it or your most hated one.
