I don't think WRPG developer could make proper JRPG. They would probably make it dark, gore and turn girls into prostitues just to make it more mature. And that's not what I want.

I can respect the opinion against Western take on Chrono Trigger. I on the other hand find the idea and possibilities exciting.

Not all western RPGs turn girls into prostitutes, unless you want to encase women in charge of their sexuality as prostitutes.

Generalizing on all WRPGs portraying girls as prostitutes would be like generalizing on all J-Developers showing underage character with short skirts and over-sexualization.
