A transsexual doesn't identify to be from either genders. So whether it's a female to male or a pre-operation male to female doesn't matter as long as Aelous identifies that person as a male on his end ...

That's not true at all.

The whole meaning of transsexual is someone that doesn't identify with the gender for which they have the organs for. Therefore, they identify with the opposite gender. Aelous' identification is irrelevant in this scenario; only the employee's identification matters.

No, but if they desire to be identified with that gender they're going to share that information with their boss so they won't address them as the wrong gender.

Plus, pre-op transgender people typically dress as their desired gender anyways.

I would hire he or she based on how well they can do the job. They would be held to the same standards as anyone else. However, as someone has said already, unfortunately people may not be tolerant and as a result sales would suffer. In that case I would have to dismiss this person.

You are right customer experience is important after all that's why it took Marvel and DC over 30 years to put black people in comic books, because they thought southerners wouldn't buy the comics. And I am not just talking about black super heroes I mean black people period. Marvel even published an adaptation of Dr. No where Jamaica was entirely white people.

As long as they'd do a good job, I wouldn't care.
