Did he just skip over the technical complaints, or what? Playing a game bad doesn't mean the game has bad texture loading problems. Or 30fps lock.

Yes, pretty much this. It is quite clear if the consensus is it's not a good game that it isn't. Were it one rogue opinion maybe but we've seen what the game is and has become and it's clear there's more to it than "player skill".

Honestly I liked how the game seems to play, but there are certain bugs which break the enjoyment and they definitely have nothing to do with a player's skill.
