NOTE: Digital earnings include all purchases for the title (CoD, Microtransactions).
Also, nice to see Bloodborne still doing very well digitally.

This pretty much lines up with VGC data suggesting that both series' retain popularity throughout the year.
Advanced Warfare and GTA5 are both respectively sitting in the top 2 best selling titles on both PS4 and Xbox One. When you take a look at the Yearly chart too, GTA5 on the PS4 has only been beaten by The Witcher 3 on PS4 and Advanced Warfare is still sticking around the Top 10.
Black Ops 3 will probably be the first PS4 game to break the 10 Million barrier at retail. The exclusive advertising, bundles and early DLC should push it on in a pretty big way.

GTA V is already over 7 million, and is still selling like beasting... i think GTA V will beat CoD BO III.

Looking at those charts it looks like the UK spent more digitally in June than the USA, very surprising when you consider the population difference.
Also the OP's chart shows digital sales for individual games in seperate countries going to nearly $100 million and several above $50 million.
While back in February CoD:AW was making less than $32 million world wide.

It's percentages... rank 1 per market = 100%

What? so why does the actual site have "All amounts in millions of USD ($) unless otherwise noted" in the notes if these aren't the revenue figures? they gave actual revenue figures for February.

Did you also read the next sentence? "Top ten digital console games by monthly revenues in the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom for the month of June 2015, and indexed against the top earning title for the reporting period."
Top earning title = 100%, rank 2 - 10 are the proportional percentages to rank 1.
