I already own a 3DS and still plan on getting the new 3DS, but I may get a Vita just for Digimon Cyber Sleuth

Some games are missing: Salt & Sanctuary (Vita), Hyrule Warriors (3DS) and Metroid Prime: Federation Force (3DS) And yes, I'm looking forward to MP: FF, and yes, I'm a Metroid fan. It's just an spin-off get over it already! The game looks good.

Now for me the 3DS has a better catalog (MP: FF, Zelda, Paper Jam, Hyrule Warriors, Yo-kai Watch, Monter Hunter, and some others). Vita on the other side has also very good games (Salt & Sanctuary, The Legend of Heroes, Danganronpa, SAO 2, Digimon, and some others).

PD: Yes, Vita has a lot of niche games (RPG's, Visual novels, Indies) but the 3DS also has its own niche games. Just look at the sales of games like Etrian Odyssey, Fire Emblem, or Bravely Default. They are not main stream games like Zelda, Mario, or Pokémon.

Wasn't aware of all those Vita games coming (as I mostly play 1st party games), but there are some pretty exciting ones... Really wish Digimon would have a hard copy

I just added two new games and one of them is probably a little controversial!

For me it's the 3DS. It has both mainstream and niche games while the Vita only has niche games for the most part.

I'm sure there is a market for the kinds of games the Vita has, but it's probably not me. Only games that excite me are coming to other machines as well. 3DS takes this for me.

Most handheld games seem to be the quirky Japanese RPG or anime titles nowadays, which don't interest me at all.
So I'm pretty much done with handheld gaming.

So I somehow managed to get a Vita between the last time I posted on this thread and now. My step bro gave it to me cause he has all these game consoles he never actually plays and the vita was still in it's pack. I'm already suffering from the memory card thing....I've only got 8gb so I can't even download a game like Uncharted as it's too big for the memory card, but at least now I can plan to buy digimon on launch day (*evil grin)
