I was never a Sony Fanboy, I used to be a casual gamer until this gen. I had never owned a Nintendo home console before the Wii (I did have a Gameboy though), just a PS1 and PS2. I just didn't know enough about the N64 or Gamecube to purchase them.

I got a Wii on launch day, 8th of Dec 06. I got my PS3 around the end of October 07.

i'm more of a mature game player, maybe no more heroes could be the game that brings me to the dark side.

Thanks to pure hype I own a DS. I happen to dislike the DS. Also, Im  never going to like the wii, especially after playing mario galaxy at best buy.

Nope...I own a Wii and 360, and I LIKE them both, but I LOVE my ps3. I honestly just like my ps3 the best (And this is coming from a big xbox fan LAST generation---And I grew up playing the NES). Opinions change, and I just prefer the ps3 this generation. It just offers me so much more to experience--i'm always using the damn thing.

i like n bought ps3 felt bored of wii after playing fren's wii for a few days. but will buy a wii because of gf and parents like it.

I grew up with NES/SNES but switched to PS exclusive in 97 for 9 years. Bought a used gamecube in '06 to play Fre Emblem/Wind Waker.

Most of my fond memories of gaming come for the PS 'era', so I suppose I could be labeled under the Sony fanboy camp. I have owned a PS3 and a PSP for a year and have since bought a DS and a WII. While I enjoy the Ninty products and the alternate type of games they provide, I still very much prefer the package Sony is providing, at the moment, anyway.

I was a PS fanboy after the 64 and GC. Though i owned them i hatred them aside from smash. Now i'm more of a Wii fanboy than a PS one.
