I'm pretty sure you're talking about Diaboromon, Locomon, or Cherubimon.

It's massive! I wonder how much bigger it will be compared to its original form? According to bulbapedia, Kyogre gained around 18 feet or 5 meters in height in its primal form! Groudon only gain 4 feet and 1.5 meters
