So I guess this is it, huh? They preferred the easy way of making more money with mobile games rather than maintaining the best franchises they've had. It's been good while it lasted. Goodbye.

No it isn't it is saying screw you Konami. We will only buy it in the bargain bin to honour Kojima's efforts.

Hell if people can' wait till the bargain bin at least  we should all spread the word not to buy it first week to demonstrate how Konami fucked up.

Honest question but why didn't the team just find another publisher if Konami really messed them up? Was this team only dedicated to the Metal Gear series?

Silent Hills was the only thing that I wanted from Konami... And then, they cancelled it. They are done to me since then.

If anything, not buying the game will send a signal that there's no demand for the game. That is, their move towards mobile etc. is the right choice. In my opinion, not buying less-deserving games is sending the correct signal. Not buying the games that deserve it is just stupid unless you can really make yourself heard to Konami.

Oh, I see. I always thought Konami just kicked the team out and allowed them to finish the game. I didn't think they still own them. 

Hopefully the team just rebuilds itself after this.
