Also:

This pretty much confirms he still plays like a shoto character.

He is... the moves are based in fireballs and dragon punches.

But I have to say the fighting style is different from the SFIV's Ken.

Ryu is mostly Tier S in most SF games... Ken just in a little few.

No he isn't. Ryu is usually mid tier.
