Skyward Sword was super frontloaded. It really didn't do much after those first couple of months and that 3.5 million was shipped so that shipment lasted for a few more months.

So it seems to me like 4 million is a good objective for Zelda Wii U.

Wow, such an epic failure (for Zelda standars).

Of course it will be released for u and nx so two skus win win for nintendo and the gamers
If we trust that they are aiming for 20 mil consoles and a summer 2016 release it will be a big success

Yes, both version for WiiU and HX-hh will sell that.

WiiU alone could do that, after all Kart is more than 5 Mio. already and the install base is still climbing.

I think it was probably more of a Motion plus thing - honestly, SS would be perfectly fine without it, so in retrospect, it was really bad business desicion.

Mismanagement = busssiness decisions. Everything was wrong in the financial way. They could have released the game since 2009 and do a direct sequel with motion plus in 2011-2012. But hey! This is Nintendo.
