All shovelware released on the Wii. Easy to develop, little demands in graphics or mechanics, little kids, grandmas and aunties would by anything colorful on that system. Oh and 98% of paid dlc released on all systems

-Pokemon Spinoffs
-Annual series (Assassins Creed, Call of Duty, Fifa, etc)
-Remasters (especially when the originals are a year old and less than half price)
-Games that re use lots of assets. Such as Animal Crossing Home Designer, Zelda Triforce Heroes and Paper Mario Jam
-F2P games
-Mobile games
-Telltale games (whatever is currently popular is what they will make next)

Destiny was created with the sole intention of raping your wallet with expansions. I don't know why any knowledgable gamer didnt expect wow with guns (as well as an mmo published by activision who is also with blizzard)

There's no exact time or formula for when games should be remastered or whatever but a year? Less?

I agree with TLOU: R, but then you should also include TR: DE by that logic.
