Better than the XB1, but not even close to 60 FPS. Also the screen-tear is insane.

It is called a "stress test" where they put the maximum number of cars on the track and include rain effects.  Ever wonder why there are so many cars at the very beginning of that video? So of course you wont get a frame-rate anywhere near 60 fps when you have like 45 cars on the track at once.  Next time, search for the video that has "frame-rate test"

The X1 version was nearly unplayable at launch. Plus it already has two better racing games with Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 and soon a third in Forza 6.

Nope the only thing Project CARS has over Forza 5 is the amount of tracks everything else is better in Forza 5.  Not to mention that it was actually playable at launch and didn't have a mega ton of bucks and other isssues even though the two patches released for it fixed some of the issues it still needs a lot of work and has more issues then Forza 5.

I really don't care what it was, it was literally hanging in the 30s and 40s. Forza 6 will have rain, I doubt this'll be a problem.

Over 100,000 less than the PS4 version! Almost on Wii U levels. With all the hype I figured it would have been more.

The last official numbers are:

250k xbo
590k ps4
160k steam

Not really surprised that Project Cars performed better on PS4 than on Xbone.  The real surprise to me, is the fact that the PS4 version  absolutely crushed the Steam one.

Really surprising, considering how PC centric the game was supposed to be.

DC is way better and more fun to play than PC honestly.    Project Cars is incredibly boring.

Even with all those "bugs" it manage to score better than forza 5.  Besides  It can also be said the other way around, the only thing that forza 5 has over PC is that it support more cars, everything else is better on PC.

Nope the car tuning and customization is also better in Forza 5 and since the X1 version was pretty much unplayable with a controller at launch the handling and physics are a lot better in Forza 5 also.  Plus the online is still better also since both the X1 and PS4 versions still have tons of issues when it comes to the online portion of the game.
